Unable to remove or change my profile photo

  There does not appear to be any way to remove my profile photo, and whenever I try to upload a new photo (in png, jpg etc formats) I get the error message ‘Hmm, your new profile photo was not saved. Please try uploading again.’ How can I remove or change my profile photo?
