Your site is hosted on another platform than WordPress.com, so it uses a self-hosted version of WordPress, which is a bit different than what we use here. You can use their Forums on https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Having said that, we may try to share some tips. What happens when you try to delete the widget? Do you get any errors?
