  I am unable to renew my domain registration.
  Although it expired in January because of change in card.
  Can I renew it now?
  How can you assist.

  Hi there,

  Your domain educonceptgroup.com expired and is now in redemption. Normally, that requires you to pay for the domain renewal plus an additional $80 redemption fee. We are able to help offset the cost of getting your domain back online by waiving the $80 redemption fee as a one-time courtesy.

  Our domain partner has notified us that they were unable to recover the domain name as its had already been removed by the registry.
