  I’m trying to renew my website. I’m unable to renew and unable to access my email with that domain.

  Hey there, it looks like that domain expired quite a while ago: so long ago that it’s now registered by somebody else through another company. I’m sorry we can’t do more with that.

  The site you had still seems to be available here if you’d like to add a new name.

  You’ll just want to be sure to keep the name renewed each year. Here’s more info on what happens to a domain after it expires or is cancelled.
