Unable to renew account for website

  Hi, my website has been suspended but I am unable to renew the site because I am redirected to another ‘free site’ I made 10 years ago that has nothing to do with my paid site. I’d like to continue with my wordpress site. I am happy to pay my renewal fee but I am unable to access my web site
