Unable to renew blog

    I cannot manually renew my blog. I am encountering errors such as “that product is no longer available” and “Did you mean to purchase these additional products”. I have not selected any additional purchases.

    I use Discover card’s secure account credit card numbers. They are only good for one charge to my Discover card. As such, automatic renewal is not possible.

    How can I eliminate these errors so the renew charge will go through manually?

    Can you make sure you’re clicking on the “Renew” button via your Store -> Domains page?

    That error message is typically caused by trying to renew one component of your domain registration and mapping upgrades at a time. To clarify, you’ll need to renew the Private Whois, Domain Registration, and Domain Mapping upgrade together since they’re connected.
