Unable to renew domain mapping

In the past one of the admins on musclepowered.wordpress.com has been able to renew the domain mapping to musclepowered.org without any issues. This year, it is not letting the same admin perform this task. The domain mapping is scheduled to expire in two days. May we get assistance with renewing the domain mapping for this blog?

The last post in the thread sounds like the best solution. Is there any way we could get someone from the staff to remove the expiring domain mapping, thus allowing anyone to renew it, please?

Hi @randallgaa – Domain Mapping can only be renewed from the user account that owns the domain. Perhaps the admin who renewed it last year has multiple user accounts? They may be trying to renew it from a different account.
The option to renew will be found here: http://wordpress.com/purchases/ when logged in to the user account associated with the domain.

Lizkarkoski, thanks for the reply, but that is not an option in our current situation. This is a website for a 501(c)(3) organization. There is a new board of directors elected every two years. The thread I reference in my second post has the solution to our problem. We just need staff intervention in order to make it happen.
