unable to renew domain mapping

  Hi, today expires our domain mapping.
  When I go to the domain list it appears as expired 9 hours ago.
  I’m unable to renew it or buy it as a new domain as it continues appearing on the domain list.
  What can I do?

  Good Morning –

  The domain mapping upgrade is owned by a different user account than the one you’ve contacted us from.

  This upgrade will need to be renewed from that account.

  Once you login correctly, navigate to wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and you’ll find a red banner with a link to renew the upgrade.

  Please let me know if you have any other questions about this.

  What is the account name?
  I’m in charge of the renewal but the customer/owner only has given me this account credentials.
