Unable to renew domain – not expired

Asking for help from anyone who may have experienced something similar. I transferred my domain to WordPress several years ago and registered with my regular yahoo email address. I recently missed the renewal date by 2 days due to the payment method being out of date and being on holiday (hold my hands up here as I didn’t check the expiry date). My business website and gmail account are linked to the transferred domain but since it’s been blocked I cannot receive any emails so of course cannot login using the ‘magic link’ – it’s NOT possible to login in using username/email and password as WordPress automatically kicks back to the page only offering ‘Magic Link’ via email to the wrong email.
I’ve emailed both the Domain transfer email and also the regular help email but have had zero response. It’s now been 4 days without access to my business account and I have no way to amend the payment method or access the paid support. If anyone can suggest something I’d be grateful as getting really desperate now -

Unfortunately, it’s a bit of a mess.
I received the emails and provided the transaction ID connected to the domain on the paid account but despite this I have instead had someone connect the alternative email to the completely wrong account without the purchases on it.
At this point I still have no access to the business account and no way to restore the payment methods. Still need help -

Yes finally got it sorted. I can see the emails that have now come through were going to the wrong account. Thankfully the last person to pick up the query sorted it out.

For this reason, it is generally recommended to avoid using a domain-based, school, or work email address for your WordPress.com account. If there are any issues with that email, it can make recovering access to your account more challenging.
However, I’m happy to see that the issue has already been resolved and your domain was successfully renewed.
