Unable to renew domain, unable to register it as a new one.

  My URL of darwinvolleyball.com that I registered with wordpress.com expired. I wish to renew it. The option is not there My Upgrades to renew it. However, if I try to add it as a new domain as was reccomended on some threads, it says that it is already mapped.

  Any help would be appreciated, as this is for the local volleyball association.

  darwinvolleyball.com expired on April 26 and has unfortunately been purchased by someone else.
