Unable to renew expired blog

I have been trying to renew my blog site but when I click on manage purchases nothing comes up. The spaces where writing, buttons and options should be for me to renew are all blank. I cannot renew my account, enter new card details, see plans or options, everything is blank as though my account doesn’t exist.
My account lets me log in but once inside it says there is no site to perform any actions on and there is no way for me to reach my site to renew it. It tells me to check my internet connection which is not the problem as I can use the internet normally on every other tab and have restarted my connection.
This problem was also coming up in the week before my site was due to expire. I couldn’t access it then either so I left it hoping when I checked back maybe it would be okay but nothing has changed. I can’t even use the help or support functions within my account to ask for help on my site.
I want to be able to use my blog site again. Please help!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This could be a browser issue.
Try refreshing your browser, and clear your browser cache. If that doesn’t work, check if your browser is updated. Sometimes, WordPress.com works better with certain browsers. Please see this link for more information:
