Unable to Renew Expired Domain

My domain expired – my purse was stolen and CCs were canceled. I did not realize this site renewal was affected. Can you please help me to renew the domain. I’ve read the help sections and forums and it does not show me how to do it. Can you please help? Thank you, Laura

Expiration Date 15-apr-2018It appears that your domain was successfully renewed. What is confusing is you say you have not paid because your credit cards were cancelled. To regain an expired domain, https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/#redemption-period tells you what is involved. In part,
the domain name can still be renewed, but there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost. (This is standard practice for domain registrars.)
which you will have to pay before your domain can be recovered.

Thank you Dave. I did see that the domain could be renewed for $80. However, there are no options provided for exactly how to pay the $80, who to pay it too, etc. I’m assuming from your post that someone from wordpress will contact me for payment?

@risingtidesllc, I see you bought a Premium Plan. That should have renewed your domain but for some reason didn’t. I’ve linked those up now and your domain should work correctly again.
