Unable to Renew my Domain

    Please help me with the domain that I’ve bought samxtechnologies.com I have paid the amount but still was not able to see it in my purchases

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hey there,

    Happy to help you with this.

    It looks like samxtechnologies.com has been refunded and so would need to be re-purchased.

    It’s also now in a redemption zone and so is subject to an $80 redemption fee, plus the $18 registration fee.

    Would you like to proceed with redeeming the domain?

    Additionally, it looks like the personal plan was also purchased – are you looking to restore this also? The reason why I ask is because in order to set a custom primary domain, a paid plan would be needed.
