Unable to renew my domain

My domain expired on 14th January 2025, and I would like to renew, when I go to Purchases, I cannot see anything there, and neither can I see the old billing status. Please help how to proceed further.

You created the account conscioussneha only a few minutes ago, so it’s logical you don’t see an older domain.
Log out from current conscioussneha and log in again to the account owning that domain. Once logged in, you’ll be able to see your domain.

I didnt create a new account, all my account details were missing in the profile details and when I entered the old account name, it was not accepting so I created a new username!
What do I do?
