unable to renew my domain, claims I don’t own product

I’m unable to renew my annual domain name using either the original or updated emails associated with my account. I get:’Sorry, this user account does not own the product you are trying to renew.’ message comes up. I can’t sign into my account at all

What is the domain you’re trying to renew, please?
The account you’re using to post here used to own a domain, carlanthonyonline.com, but that domain expired on 1 November and has already been removed from our system. It is about to go into redemption with our domain provider, at which point they charge an additional $80 fee to restore it to our system.
Please confirm if that’s the domain you’re speaking of, and we can see if we’re still able to get it back before it enters redemption.
