Unable to renew my domain, genesisgardens.net

My domain expired even though the card info was correct, and WordPress didn’t let me know there was a problem. The last email I got from them was that my domain would renew automatically, and I didn’t need to do anything. I can’t seem to renew under manage purchases. I am not getting my domain email. genesisgardens.net appears to have expired and is now in the redemption period. Renewal is now more complicated and expensive. I’ve tagged this thread to ask if a member of staff could reply here. In the meantime see: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

Please let me know if you want to proceed with paying the late renewal fee in the attempt to reclaim the domain name. This option is also time sensitive because the domain can be auctioned off to an expired domain bidder.
