Unable to renew our Premium WordPress account

  Hello,

  We are wanting to renew our Premium WordPress account for another year. When we insert the details of the credit card this message comes up on the screen: “Unable to buy WordPress.com Premium, this site has WordPress.com Premium purchased by different user”.

  Please help us. We are happy to pay the subscription and only have 10 days left before it expires. Thanks

  Hi oaklands2017,

  The Premium plan for oaklandsedinburgh.com is owned by oaklands2015. You will need to login to that account to renew the plan or ask that person to do so.

  I noticed the upgrades for this site are split across two accounts. The domain that renews with the plan is owned oaklands2017. Ideally both the domain and plan are owned by the same account. If you would like any help with this, please ask the current upgrade owner to contact us.

  Thanks for your help. I have been able to renew the subcription. I also own the oaklands2015 user. How can I make the oaklands2017 owner of the premium plan? so I have both things on the same account?

  As the two accounts are separate from one another, I’ll need you to login as oaklands2015 and confirm you would like to transfer the plan here. Once you’ve done that I can move the plan over to your oaklands2017 account.
