Unable To Renew Please Help!

    Hi, I’m seeing

    “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

    Please help me re-enable purchases so I can purchase an annual business subscription ASAP (I cannot have my current membership expire and my site to go down)

    I use a new card for every online transaction using privacy.com and I think this may have triggered some alerting issue on your guys’ end.

    Please be patient while waiting for a reply from our billing support team to one of the support requests you’ve already opened about this. Also please don’t continue opening more requests – opening multiple requests about the same issue can result in it taking longer to receive a reply.
