Unable to Renew Premium Plan
-
Hi,
I currently have the Premium Plan. I would like to renew it, but I cannot seem to find an option to do so. It expires in December/ January I think.
I’ve tried the My Plans page and it shows me the link to manage plan. I click the Manage Plan page, but that takes me to the My Upgrades page, where I do not see the Premium Plan at all.

What am I doing wrong?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and renew any upgrades at Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

Hello –
timethief is on the right track here -the Premium Upgrade is actually owned by another user on the blog.
Your account owns some of the upgrades and the other account owns the Premium Upgrade, which is set to expire on December 15th.
If the other account wishes, they can transfer that upgrade to your account so that all the upgrades are under the same account and can be managed by a single account.

They can contact us and let us know they would like to transfer that upgrade and we can take care of it for them (and you.)
