Unable to resend ICANN verification email

Hi, I have a trouble with verifying my email, (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I have G sweet and it’s already set up (I did verified meta tag and MX so I receive/send emails). Somehow though, my site is suspended my domain because I couldn’t verify my email address. I’m not sure why it happens because email address itself is verified. Now when I click “resend verification email”, it says “Unable to resend ICANN verification email
“. Before, it said that it has sent, but anyway I didn’t receive any emails from wordpress. Could you help me how to sort out this? Thanks!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@lifeinpugliatravel hmm, that’s tricky. If you’ve already received the verification email, great; click the link and you’re set. But if you haven’t, you won’t be able to send it to an address on a suspended domain.
I recommend updating the address here:

https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/Then you can resend & confirm the verification. I hope that helps!

I successfully update d the email address as you suggested and I have received an email. However I cannot update the domain address because when I go to “edit contact info” and type my email address, it says: Please correct the issue below and try again.
“The “Email” field cannot use any of the domain names you plan to register.” so I cannot update. How can I fix this?Thank you in advance!

It seems like if I add different email address, I can resend but anyway I don’t receive email for verification. I don’t know why.

Best to use an unrelated email when possible. That way if there’s a problem with the domain (and by extension, the email) you’ll still have access.
