Unable to resend ICANN verification email.

I am having this same problem, although i have not switched my email. I have sent email verification, confirmed, was congratulated, but then told that i am not verified and need to send an email again. After maybe 10 tries it now says that it is unable to send the verification to my email. I have an additional question if i can get helped with this
