Unable to resend ICANN verification email

How do I resolve this and get my domain up and running? Also, why was I charged $13 for domain mapping a domain that was used as my domain credit for premium? I click the email and it tells me I’m verified but then the website says I need to be verified urgently. Please help.

Hi there,
It looks like there was a problem with your domain registration and it didn’t go through. We also emailed you about this yesterday.
The free domain in your plan has not been used yet, so you should be able to register the domain without having to pay. Can you please go to My Site ->Domains ->Add and try adding it again? If it lets you pay, let me know and I can refund you again when I link the domain to your plan.
