I am trying to verify my email so my domain works and I haven’t received an email. Whenever I ask to resend the email I get this error message “Unable to resend ICANN verification email”

Hi there,

Is this for jansenutech.com? It looks like the registration for that domain never went through. The subscriptions were added to your account, but the domain itself was never registered. I’ve removed the subscriptions from your account, so you should be able to register it now.

Based on your account’s billing history it also looks as if the payment never went through, but let me know if your bank statement shows differently.

Your domain is showing as already verified for me. Did you manage to get the email to send?

If not, it doesn’t look like you need to do anything else at this stage. The domain is verified, so you shouldn’t have any further problems.

It looks like you tried to register that domain on 25 October, but it appears that registration failed.

It looks like you’ve since managed to register that domain with GoDaddy, correct? I’ve removed the failed registrations from your account and restored the free domain in your plan, so if you still want to use that domain here you should be able to add it using the domain mapping upgrade:

I’ve resent your verification email. It will go to the Gmail address you gave for your domain contact email. Also check the Social and Updates folders in your Gmail account, and you can try searching for “wordpress” or “sawbuck” if you don’t find the email in those folders.
