Unable to reset password

  I am locked out of our company website and have tried requesting an unlock mail but this is not being sent. A possible reason is the our host has disabled mail, but I have checked with United Hosting who say this is not the case. Any ideas please?

  What is the exact URL of the site in question?
  Exactly which username account registered that site?
