Unable to reset password

  Hi, I am unable to reset my password even after clicking on the link sent to my email. It always says that the passwords do not match after I tried changing it.

  Hi there,

  Can you tell us the URL of the site you’re trying to log into?

  If this is for another WordPress.com account, make sure you are completely logged out of this account first, before clicking the password reset link. If you don’t log out first, that link will just bring you back to this account, and won’t reset the password for the other account.
