Unable to reset password

  Hi,

  We wanted to make changes to our site but we are unable to reset the password for the same.

  Even when we try to reset the password with lost or forgot password, it say (Error: There is no account with that username or email address.)

  We are using the admin email for the same

  Thanks

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com. 

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org  

  Please contact your hosting provider (NameCheap) for assistance.
