unable to restore backup

    I have a zip file backup of my WordPress site but the I’m unable to restore the back from it its saying something went wrong

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there,

    The only sites I see on your @ignitegrowthagency WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    • ignitegrowthagencynet.wordpress.com

    That site is only two days old, and has no content to back up. Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see? You are instead trying to migrate a WordPress site you have with another provider so that it is hosted on our WordPress.com managed hosting instead?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
