Unable to restore site

I am trying to renew my website but I obtain the following error: ‘This user account doesn’t own the product your trying to renew’I just paid to renew the site though. Can you help me?

Hi @ollitech1 – it looks like you purchased a Premium plan for this site today, but then cancelled it and obtained a refund. You can see that on your account, under Profile > Purchases > Billing History:

Because you cancelled the Premium plan, your site is currently on a free plan.
If you’d like to purchase a Premium plan for the site, you can do that under Upgrades > Plans here:
https://wordpress.com/plans/ollitech1.wordpress.com
Click the “Upgrade” button under the Premium plan, as you see here:

Please let me know if you still get any errors when trying to upgrade!

While I was posting the above response I noticed that you were able to purchase a Business plan. Let me know if you still have any issues. :)

Hi! Just to check, did you have a chance to try restoring a backup of your site, from a date just before your previous Business plan expired?
You can do that from the Jetpack > Backups menu on your site – just select a date from the day (or just before) the expiry of your previous plan, to restore the site. In case of need we have a guide which may be helpful for this:
