Unable to retrieve my account

    I forgot my passwords and have no access to the email to retrieve the reset password. I went to the form to varify however, they asked me to provide transaction ID for proof of ownership (I paid for my website domain name). However my bank doesnt have the transaction ID for that, they only have the successful payment code ( which is not valid according to the form). Here is my question:

    1. How do I retrieve my account now?
    2. If I cannot retrieve my account, how to I stop the automatic renewing of the domain name?

    I am happy to try and get this sorted. The best way forward is to collect the information that you have from the bank and see if it matches in our system.
