Unable to retrieve my site

    dirrtyfloyd.wordpress.com is no longer available.

    The authors have deleted this site.

    this is the error i recieve but that is what i named the blog initially, please help me restore this.

    The site, dirrtyfloyd.wordpress.com, did belong to your account, but the logs show that you deleted it 6 months ago when you changed its address to mochileiramisticosolitario.wordpress.com.

    17 hours ago you changed mochileiramisticosolitario.wordpress.com’s address to dirtyfloyd.wordpress.com, so your site can now be found at this last address.

    From what I can see you’ve never had any posts on that site.

    It’s not possible to restore the two addresses you deleted when changing the address.

    thanks for the update, but i dont remember accessing my account, nor did i change it from dirrtyfloyd.wordpress.com to mochileiramisticosolitario.wordpress.com. Hell, i dont even what that means how could that change have happened. i changed that to dirtyfloyd.wordpress.com recently as that is the closest to the earlier username.
    2 things
    1 – when,how and why did the change from dirrtyfloyd.wordpress.com to mochileiramisticosolitario.wordpress.com as i haven’t done it
    2 – how do i restore it back, as i do intent to blog using that username
    please help and thanks in advance

    As I said, that change was made 6 months ago, on 7 April. Only the account that owns a username can change a site address. To do it you need to select that option at My Site ->Settings and go through several confirmation steps.

    There is no reason to suspect that anyone other than you made those changes, as they were made from the same IP address you are using today to access WordPress.com.

    You can’t. Both username changes and site address changes are permanent and cannot be reversed. That is why there are so many confirmation steps in the process, and why only the site owner can change a site’s address.
