Unable to retrieve payments

  I upgraded my account from free to ‘personal’. I was able to edit my site to http://www.thecosmiciris.in and i have received the payment receipts also. However, when i logged back again I am shown that my account has ‘free’ plan and none of my payments are shown in my payment history despite of my bank card being debited by wordpress.
  please help asap!

  thecosmiciris.in is registered and hosted with Go Daddy and not WordPress.com. You should contact the support team of Go Daddy in case you are facing any issue with it.
