Unable to retrieve/reset password

  Hi,

  Posting from a new account – the account I need help with is moontimewarrior .wordpress.com

  I have tried for weeks to reset my password, but within the password emails I receive, 1) the “reset” option does not show as a hyperlink, and 2) when I copy and paste the reset address it simply takes me to the login page to enter my username and password 3) There is no hyperlink that says “Need More Help”.

  Any advice would be appreciated.
