unable to save a new blog post

  i am trying to write a new blog, finished the first topic,but unable to save it..
  error msg; could not be save..
  i have tried a new browser, restarted my machine, a new window, cleared cache etc..
  now after doing all this, its saying saving…but not moving ahead…freezin there..
  plz help
