Unable to 'Save & Activate' the Hatch Theme

Hi.
For some reason there is no option to “Save & Activate” the Hatch theme.
I am able to find it under http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/hatch
but if I search for it from the Dashboard>Appearance>Themes where it would be available to “Save & Activate”, I cannot find it.The only options I have are to “Download” & “Preview”. Once downloaded, there is no obvious way to activate it to my WordPress.
I’ve even tried replacing example.com in the following:
http://example.com/wp-admin/theme-install.php?tab=upload
but then I get this error:Lost?

I essentially just need to Save & Activate the Hatch theme.
Any help would be great.

You have no FTP access here – security & reliability issue
@TT – they have a mapped domain name and are on WordPress.COM

Oops! Thanks for the correction. Well, Hatch is not a theme that has been adapted to run on WordPress.com software. -
