"Unable to save DNS info"

    (I tried to email Support but the form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact won’t load in Chrome or IE)+

    I have used the domain innocent.org.uk and mapped it to the blog at innocentorguk.wordpress.com. I want to use the email address that originally came with that domain and followed the instructions on the Support site about changing the MX record using info from the previous supplier. However, when I followed the instructions I got the error “Unable to save DNS info”.

    I don’t know why because everything looks right.

    Can anyone help, please?

    Although innocent.org.uk is using WordPress.com’s name servers it isn’t set as the primary domain. Set it as your primary domain by following the instructions here and then try to change the MX record for your email to work.
