Unable to save/publish posts and can't upload images

    I have been trying to write a post since Sunday, and I am getting alerts (red bans across the top of the blog entry) that my post progress is not being saved, I can’t upload images, nor can I publish my post.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    That warning usually appears if your connection is interrupted while the site tries to autosave your post.

    Can you please first try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if that makes any difference? (make sure you have your post backed up somewhere before you do this)

    Next, can you try resetting your modem/router. That often helps for connection issues. If it doesn’t, try to use a different connection, e.g. public wifi, a 3G connection via your phone, etc. If the warning doesn’t appear on a different connection, then the problem is likely that your regular connection is too slow. In that case you’ll need to contact your ISP for help.
