Unable to see anything on my dashboard and find my site.

I attempted to change my URL name under settings. Now I can not access any part of my dashboard. Is there anyway to reset? Or should I delete this wordpress site somehow and just start over?

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Sorry, I am confused about the .com and .org. And I am aware that BlueHost is my carrier, but I thought that self hosted blogs were .coms.
Thank you for your help and I will try and figure out who I am suppose to be contacting before I go any further.

Thanks so much timethief, come to find out I am a “.org” person. Thank you for taking the time to explain to me the difference and helping me figure out who I was.
I did get my problem figured out and I have found my site and dashboard again.
