unable to see my site and reader

  I am trying to create a site. after creating a site I am unable to see the My site and Reader menu’s. There by unable to do anything on my opened site.
  Alternatively I shall be happy if you can help me to remove the previous registered made by me on your site so as to newly create a new one.
