Unable to see photos when not in grid ‘mode’

Hi,
a potential customer reached out to say that one of our pages does not allow for him to see the photos unless they are in the grid. If you try to see enlarged the photo , it is only black. I checked and experienced the same as well. It works on my phone… This is a problem on only one of our posts (URO/UNREST). Can you help?

I was able to view each one of the images in the gallery on the post https://svithaseth.wordpress.com/2021/01/04/uro/, enlarged in the carousel. I also found that gallery images displayed as enlarged in the carousel on another post on your site. So I suspect that the issue reported by the customer might be a local one, possibly a browser issue. You might suggest that they try viewing the photos on an alternate device, just to see if the problem might be at their end.

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
