Unable to see plugin option on appearance option

  Hi,

  I am unable to find Plugin option on appearance or on the menu. Kindly help what needs to be done as i want to install the opengraph for FB, Twitter, Pinterest, Stumble and G+.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and or any third party themes on blogs hosted by WordPress.COM like yours.

  If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

  The Akismet spam filter is already built-in to every WordPress.COM hosted blog.
