Unable to see Posts

I had a site hosted by Bluehost, but became too expensive. I have moved to Hostinger, and uploaded back up of website, which was built with WordPress, and all was fine. I then installed WordPress to new site, and now all my site has gone. I can see on WP that I have 30 posts, but unable to view because Jetpack isn’t connected. Tried following but ‘dashboard’ isn’t displayed on the Jetpack link. What can I do please?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello there!

You’ve reached out to the free support forums for websites hosted on WordPress.com. However, since your site isn’t hosted with us, our ability to assist you is limited. Nevertheless, I can direct you to the right place to get the assistance you need.

Your WordPress site appears in your WordPress.com dashboard because you had connected it to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin. But please note, this connection only allows you to manage certain aspects of your site from that dashboard; it doesn’t serve as a backup for your site.

It also sounds like you’ve installed WordPress again over your imported backup, which wasn’t necessary since your backup already included the WordPress software files. This action essentially replaced what you had imported.

I suggest reaching out to your new hosting provider for assistance with this issue. Since you already have a complete backup, restoring it shouldn’t be a problem. Once your site is back online, you can follow the steps in your site’s wp-admin area to reconnect Jetpack to your WordPress.com account.

I hope that clears things up! If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
