Unable to see widgets on mobile devices when using Outspoken theme

I have a site which is currently private – http://www.esbprojectfitzwilliam.com – which is using the Outspoken theme. On mobile devices, regardless of whether the mobile option is enabled or not, the widgets are not being displayed. Is this a “feature” of the theme?
