unable to select Purchased domain on dashboard

  Hi, I have a domain name that I purchased through wordpress (benstewartdesigner.com)
  In the ‘my upgrades’ section it says that that domains status is active.
  The problem arises in that the domain name does not appear in the ‘my domain’ section and I can therefore not either select it or edit it.
  Therefore my purchased domain, benstewartdesigner.com, is not and cant be connected to my wordpress benostewart1.wordpress.com.
  Please help in fixing this as its driving me nuts. Cheers

  Hi there,

  Currently, I’m seeing the domain benstewartdesigner.com on your domains page here:

  https://benostewart1.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  Is the domain appearing on your side as well?

  The site also appears to be loading correctly at the domain and benostewart1.wordpress.com is successfully redirecting to the custom domain.

  Please let me know if you’re still experiencing trouble!

  Haha yes I am still experiencing trouble

  No, that domain (benstewartdesigner) isn’t appearing on my side at all.
  Only the benostewart1.wordpress one.

  If I load up benstewartdesigner.com in my browser it pulls up an old wordpress version, however using the standard benostewart1.wordpress.com in the browser does pulls up the current version.

  Sorry scratch that.
  my domain name still isn’t loading the current wordpress one and I still cant access my bought domain in the my domain section

  If I go to benstewartdesigner.com, go down to edit at the bottom, it takes me to the dashboard. Even if I make changes and update it still doesn’t connect it to the benstewartdesigner.com domain. Although if I type in http://benostewart1.wordpress.com/ it loads up ok…

  I apologize for the mixup. It looks like this is the result of two identical blogs on your account. I can take care of the issue. I just want to make sure I leave the correct blog on your account.

  Can you let me know which of these is the correct one?
