Unable to send email through Support Center

Hi,
I am unable to send an email through the Support Center. The CONTINUE button is grayed out when I try to send my message. Also, I noticed that the “Site” is listed as “unknown”. Not sure why and if that is teh reason for the issue.

Hey @emilysmah , thank you for letting us know — I’m checking to see what’s wrong there.
One possible cause I noticed: the site you’ve selected isn’t hosted here with us. Can you let us know what support team you’re trying to contact, and what’s going on? We’ll check it out and point you in the right direction for support.

@emilysmah – I just came across your other thread. This time I do see the site is hosted here. There must be some bug along those lines. We’ll sort that out, but I just wanted to let you know your site is with us, and we can help! I’ll reply to your other thread.

Thanks! That’s wierd. what could I be doing wrong? I had been using wordpress.com hosted by BlueHost BUT moved over to wordpress hosting not too long. I am accessing my site by going to http://www.wordpress.com, entering my email address and then I get an email with a link to access site. Is that not correct?
Regarding my issue: I actually alreay have a post in the forum on that problem, but to recap that: I am unable to acess my pages from the home screen side bar. I can get to them when I go to WP ADMIN>Dashboard>At a Glance>click “11 pages”
