Unable to send email to wordpress.com for support

    I’m using a translation program, so let me know if there are any errors.

    I just purchased a personalized version of the program, and in the description of the purchase, it is mentioned that you can use “Email us” to ask questions to the official, but when I asked the question, I only saw the option of “Ask in the forums”.

    Sorry it took a weekend to see it.
    Thank you for your reply, I tested it again and found that I can click the “Email us” option normally.
