Unable to set up 2 step sms verification

Hi
I’ve had my mobile number verified as a back up on the site. When I try to set up two step sms verfication a code is sent to my phone but when I enter it at wordpress I get ‘An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.’
I can’t access / edit any of my site it seems without the 2 step verification but I also can’t enable it!
Any help appreciated.

I’ve managed to disable to the two step authentication requirement so I can access the site to edit it now.
I’ll try authorising 2 step authentication in another month to see if the bugs have gone.

Ah! Okay. That site may well be using a different 2FA system, as it isn’t hosted on our services.
