Unable to sign in

Hello, I’ve been trying to sign in into my account unsuccessfully. Whenever I click on lost my password, it sends me an email but automatically says:
Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below
everytime…so I am unable to do anything in my site.
Please help.

That site is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
