Unable to start new page

    Hi – I tried adding a new page but got this error message:

    Not Acceptable!

    An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

    Please help. Thanks.

    Hey there @christinaycwang , Mod_Security is something installed at the hosting level. Can you get in touch with your hosting company for assistance?

    Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.
