Add topic to favorites
Hi,

I am unable to submit the comments. when I click the submit button, I’m getting the message as “sorry, comments are closed for this item” . how to submit my comments?

If the blogger has closed comments on that post, you can’t add any, no matter what.

Allow comments will be working in local….. but not in my server. any help?

You need to be over at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs are supported.
