Unable to Switch Users in WordPress Site Dashboard

    Hi I am unable to switch users in my Website WordPress Dashboard. Every time I click all users, the page just times out and I get a white screen. Every other page works but that one. I need to access that due to accidentally switching profiles and I want to switch it back to the primary user. Any ideas?

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes
